TFW it goes from zero to dance party in one drum fill. That Feeling When specializes in playing the best pop hits of all time, plus the deep cuts that make the music nerds go wild. With a dedication to musical accuracy, TFW focuses on the ‘sweet spot’ of 1975-1985, when filling the dancefloor was top priority. Inspirations include David Bowie, Talking Heads, Steely Dan, Tears for Fears, Blondie, Phil Collins, Fleetwood Mac, Toto, Carly Simon, and many more. The band also likes to take on niche projects, such as performing the entire Big Lebowski soundtrack in full costume, or most recently performing two Halloween shows called HALLoween and Oates.
